  1. Aw….such an art-FULL home!! I love seeing your tree. in which the photo ornaments reminded me that my son hangs his old photo ornaments too. One of the was when he was 2.5…a K-Mart picture ornament. Haha Old school, eh?
Enjoy the season with the family!

    1. I made salt dough ornaments for several years, putting the kids’ school pictures in them … not a good idea as the salt absorbed the Virginia humidity like a sponge, so the ornaments are long gone … but now you have me thinking … hmmm, maybe I could stitch some photo ornaments

  2. What a splendid tree and the splendor of this tree has nothing to do with the size and all to do with the many family ornaments, each holding a special story. For me, this is the true magic of the season, the ” stories” that we bring out year after year.. I recall fond stories of your gingerbread trains with your grands and Don’s hilarious and so delightful, long horn Rudolph. Thanks for making merry…

But i REALLY AM LOVING THIS INFANT STAGE. hE’S SUCH AN EASY BABY COMPARED TO MY TWO WHEN THEY WERE LITTLE. oR MAYBE IT’S JUST ME BEING OLDER AND WISER.
